Total renovation currently underway of this 1,700 sq. ft. summer cottage in a seaside community in Old Lyme. This home's renovation plan was prepared by Point One Architects and Planners in Old Lyme. It was required to be raised 2 ½ feet to meet current FEMA guidelines. Every inch of this charming home has been carefully redesigned to provide optimum use, from built-in cabinetry to a finished loft as a rainy day space for the kids. It is on schedule for occupancy this summer.
